Why do I love cutting sweaters?

 

Good question really. It all started with making one coat for myself then it grew over the years into this amazing expression of freedom. I love making these coats. I love collecting sweaters and matching up colures and textures to release my inner artist.

 

I love going to markets and connecting with other likeminded folks and doing trades and even spending my hard earned money to get a one of a kind treasure. I feel I have truly become addicted to the freedom of this medium. I don’t follow any real pattern so cutting is always an adventure as I try new ideas.

 

I’m so lucky to have the love and support of my family and friends.
